With You Still is a five-week journey created to honor your bond and help you navigate the unique grief that comes with losing a beloved animal. Through a trauma-informed and experiential lens, we’ll explore the waves of grief together, not to fix or rush the process—but to nurture your nervous system, build community, and create space to carry your love forward.

Each 75-minute gathering includes grounding practices, space for optional sharing, creative or somatic expression, and thoughtful prompts for reflection.

I am a certified trauma-informed coach and yoga instructor, and training to become an end-of-life pet doula. I have specialized training in applied neuroscience and nervous system regulation. I bring years of experience holding space for grief, chronic illness, and healing journeys, and this group is rooted in community care, not therapy. I honor my scope of practice and offer referrals as needed.

Life happens, and grief is nonlinear—if you need to miss a session, you’ll receive the Zoom recording and weekly self-reflection guide. The WhatsApp group is also a beautiful space for ongoing support between sessions.

No. With You Still is a peer support and grief circle—not a clinical therapy group. While it may be therapeutic, it’s not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you’re navigating more acute grief or trauma responses, I encourage working with a licensed therapist alongside this group.

Not at all. This is a gentle, consent-based space. You are always welcome to just listen, reflect, and participate in whatever way feels right for you that day. Your presence matters, whether or not you speak.
