Katie
Founder, Teacher, Advocate
Katie Rapkoch, founder of Paws + Breathe, has been practicing yoga for over 13 years, and is a Trauma-Informed 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Nidra Instructor.
With eight years working in physical therapy, seven years as a health and wellness coach, and a certification in Applied Neuroscience, Katie helps individuals move their body, calm their mind, and improve overall health, all while giving back.
Yoga with Purpose
What sets Paws + Breathe apart is its unique mission to support animal welfare. Katie partners with animal welfare organizations and local small businesses, using yoga to raise awareness and funds for animals in need.
This mission extends to uplifting vulnerable humans as well, creating a ripple effect of transformation in our community.
In her free time, Katie enjoys getting into nature, fostering for and volunteering at local animal rescues, and cuddling with her dog and kitten, Lilly and Matcha.
Through Paws + Breathe, she is excited to continue building a compassionate community where healing and impact go hand in hand.
